Signing Up To Save Rocky Point
|
Close your eyes, sit quietly, on the
shoreline of Warwick Neck. If you
listen very carefully you might still hear
the laughter from the Park, the smell of
clam cakes and chowder, or the excitement
coming from the midway. Those are
Rhode Island memories. Rocky Point
memories. And that's what a new group
of community leaders, concerned citizens and
officials has just formed in an effort to
save one of the most picturesque sites in
the state.
